Media Release Waiver for SD Collectibles LLC Events

By attending or participating in events organized by SD Collectibles LLC, I consent to the use of my image, likeness, voice, or statements in any media format. This includes photographs, video footage, and interviews captured during the event for promotional, marketing, and other commercial purposes related to SD Collectibles LLC and its future events.

• Usage of Content: I understand that the content may be utilized across various forms of media, including online platforms, social media, television, print, and other marketing materials.

• Rights to Content: I acknowledge that SD Collectibles LLC has the right to edit, distribute, and publish the content at its discretion without further consent or notification. I waive any rights to review or approve the final content before it is made public.

• Release of Liability: I release SD Collectibles LLC, its employees, partners, agents, and sponsors from any liability associated with the use of this content. This includes but is not limited to claims related to defamation, privacy violations, or misuse of personal rights.

• Duration of Permission: This consent remains valid indefinitely for all content captured during any SD Collectibles LLC event.

• Voluntary Participation: I affirm that my participation is voluntary and that I have read and accept the terms of this release.
