Event-Specific Terms

• Cancellation Policy: Cancellations may result in a refund minus the imposed fees.
• First Come, First Serve: For events with giveaways or promotions on a first-come, first-served basis, availability is not guaranteed, and items may be limited.
• Unclaimed Items: Items designated for pickup must be claimed by the specified date and time. Failure to claim items may result in forfeiture, and unclaimed items may be repurposed for future giveaways or promotions.

Add-on Tickets

Vendor Cancellations All vendor table cancellations will be refunded as long as the cancellation is within the specified time frame. We may pass on the fees associated with the credit card processor for the cancellation. If the vendor cancels after the specified time frame, they may not receive a refund. For some events, all sales are final. If all sales are final, SD Collectibles LLC may not issue a refund.
