Table Guarantee: Purchasing a Committed Partnership guarantees you a spot at the show; however, it does not give you the right to select your table location or provide any additional promises.

Event Cancellation: If SD Collectibles cancels an event, we will provide you with a credit for a future show or refund your payment to your credit card.

Advance Notice Cancellations: If you can’t make a show and provide at least one week’s notice, we will attempt to sell your table on your behalf. If successful, you will receive the amount collected minus applicable fees.

Last-Minute Cancellations: If you need to cancel last minute, we ask that you notify us as a partner. This allows us to either remove the table or offer it to another vendor to ensure no empty tables during the show. Our goal is to provide the best experience possible for all attendees.
Please note that Quarterly Committed Partnerships and Sponsorships do not apply to our larger two-day shows.
